Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed.

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if:

• The order has already been dispatched.

• The product is purchased under a special offer, discount clearance, or customized packaging request.
