Return & Refund Policy

At Saffron World, we are committed to delivering high-quality and authentic Kashmiri products. Due to the nature of our products, which include food items, spices, dry fruits, and wellness products, our return and refund policy is structured carefully to maintain hygiene, safety, and fairness.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return Policy on Consumable Products

Since we deal in consumable and perishable goods such as saffron, dry fruits, spices, honey, and Shilajit, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

This policy is in place to ensure hygiene standards and prevent misuse.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Product

We will offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

• You receive a damaged product

• You receive a wrong product

• The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery

Important Conditions:

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

• You must provide:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the outer packaging

  • Unboxing video (strongly recommended)

Without proper evidence, we may not be able to process the claim.

3. Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

• A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
  OR

• A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer after collecting your bank details.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after delivery

• Taste preference issues

• Minor packaging variations

• Delayed delivery caused by courier services

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
